Basic CSR Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age upon applications and above;
At least high school graduate with diploma/certificate (SHS grad if K12);
Good to excellent English communication skills;
Computer literate and with good web navigation skills;
Must NOT be a student/enrolled, and should have NO plans in pursuing their studies, working abroad, or anything with conflict of interest.
Willing to work full-time and on shifting schedule.
CSR experience is preferred but not required!
Responding effectively to customer concerns in a communicable manner; troubleshooting customer complains;
and communicating effectively through various communicating channels.
