• Responsible for reviewing all incoming complaints in the global complaint database.

• Completing staging records and promoting them within the global complaint database.

• The candidate must have excellent customer service skills, an analytical mind and the ability to perform individual quality checks to ensure quality and compliance.

ACCOUNT: Csr Medical Devices

Qualifications:
- Completed at least 2 years in college without back subjects
- Minimum of 2 years of BPO experience in a voice campaign is required.
- Experience in a healthcare campaign is an advantage.
- Willing to work in Taguig
- Willing to work on nightshift schedule.
