Job Description 424 Views

Could assess all customer concerns such as placing orders, inquiries and complaints in a well-communicated manner;
Troubleshooting significant customer service problems; Providing general information;
Assisting customers in completing purchases online (for some accounts);
Projecting a professional company image through voice and online interactions.


At least 18 years of age;
Senior High school-graduate or equivalent;
Average to excellent COMMUNICATION SKILLS;
Proficient in relevant computer applications;
NO BPO EXPERIENCE ARE WELCOME (but experienced applicants are subject to higher salary package);
Can handle stressful situation appropriately.
