Conducts researches, studies and data analysis to conceptualize proposals for improving quality of performance
Ensures that QAs follow approved guidelines, procedures and processes.
Leads and reviewing performance trending analysis and provides recommendation to mitigate risk points
Provides objective feedback through coaching; by reviewing and translating QA Score
Bachelor’s degree holder
At least 3 years QA role in the BPO/call center industry
Extensive knowledge and experience in quality processes, and procedures and analysis
Skilled in using statistical tools and analysis
