The nature, scope and tasks of this position :

• Create and on board clients.
• Initiate new requests
• Liaison with client/candidate including requesting of missing or additional Information
• Follow up of pending cases
• Liaison with accounts department (Client’s billing enquiry)
• Quality Assurance: Review candidate report prior to release to client
• Prepare client delivery reports
• Meeting with client – Quarterly/Business Reviews with the Client Case Manager and the client (via teleconference/face to face)
• Report to Client Case Manager/Screening Manager (Monthly report and Daily team meeting)
